1. You can never reach anyone by phone. 2. When you go online and request contact via email or phone, you don't get any answers. 3. I have been a customer for over 11 years and never receive any calls to advise of renewal terms especially when there are substantial rate increases. This should be a practice a big time company should be diligent on. Needless to say, after being a loyal customer to a company that made me feel like just a number, I am moving on. If I am lucky maybe I'll get a "sorry to hear that" message reply on Google reviews.

We arrived just before 5pm closing and an agent took us even though the office was considered closed. In less than 5 minutes we had insurance for our teenager who just passed the G2 the day before.
