This is not a review of the claims or the insurance company but particularly about the Allstate Milton Agency and their insurance salespersons/agents. Have you ever interacted with a someone where it comes across as they really really want to help you but they end up wasting too much time of your time. This is just because they don't understand what you are asking and want to please you by answering quickly but incorrectly and this ends up costing you more time and confusion? An agent I interacted with at the Milton agency successfully accomplished this. My auto policy was up for renewal and when I contacted the agent to discuss the updated numbers and discuss changes to my policy, this agent gave me numbers that did not add up. So either the agent was mistaken or this insurance company does not know what it's doing. When I questioned the agent about this, the answers I got was "I am not good with numbers" and "I can't remember all the changes and how they changed your numbers". Mind you I thought I was talking to an insurance agent and this person said they are not good with numbers. Phew! Frustrated, I called the Allstate customer service line and spoke with a representative there. This representative took their time, even put me on hold for a few brief minutes but understood and answered all my questions. Including the wait time, my call with the representative lasted for 38 minutes and that was all that was required to clarify my policy renewal and execute the changes to my policy. I have been on the phone with the agent from the Milton Agency multiple times over the last 3 weeks, going nowhere. Then this agent told me that the only way to resolve it is to come to their address in Milton and speak with the manager. Then why have I been talking to this agent all this time? I can tell you this much, going to Milton would have cost me a lot more than 38 minutes. So if you value your time as much as you value your insurance premiums, then avoid the Milton agency.

Dear Saverio Bellissimo (manager), before you reply with a statement such as contact me to discuss this matter further, I am going to preempt that and tell you that I recommend you contact me instead if your are interested in discussing this further. Your agent has my contact details. If you don't know who I am, then I am the person that was scheduled to meet you and the said agent at 11 am on October 20, 2023 (now cancelled) to discuss the matter I have described in my review.

I spoke with the manager Saverio Bellissimo and he patiently listened to all my concerns, took down notes and told me that there is room for improvement. If things do improve in the future, I will add another edit and update my rating accordingly.
